3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise and may be updated without notice. Orders are accepted when you receive confirmation from ProNordic. Payment terms, invoicing, and any volume-based programs are outlined in the relevant supply agreement or reseller contract.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We follow strict cold-chain or stability protocols where applicable, but you are responsible for meeting storage requirements once goods reach your facilities.

5. Returns & Quality Concerns

Please inspect shipments upon arrival. Quality issues must be reported within five (5) business days with photographic or batch documentation. Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation and in compliance with health regulations governing ingestible products.

6. Practitioners’ Responsibilities

Healthcare providers remain responsible for patient assessment, contraindication review, and monitoring. ProNordic does not offer personalised medical advice and is not liable for clinical decisions made using our materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, names, formulations, and creative assets appearing on this site belong to ProNordic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written approval.
